Guided Rock Climbing

Scotland is home to some of the best rock climbing in the world! The variety throughout the country is sublime, from great mountian crags, sea cliffs and outcrops they all offer phenomenal experiences! I offer guiding in all areas of Scotland from classic routes on Arran such as “Sou'wester Slabs” VD and “South Ridge Direct” VS (arguably the finest route of its grade in the UK) to routes on Orkney, the Outer Hebrides and the whole of the mainland! Beginners and experienced climbers are all welcome! Classic rock ticks such as “Ardverikie Wall” HS to mountain extremes such as “The Needle” E1 are on the cards weather depending throughout the summer!

Sea Stacks are a once in a lifetime adventure contending of big seas, fulmars, big exposure, Tyrolean traverses, swimming and immense views! Climbing all three of the “Old Men” is a major outing usually over multiple days and climbing any individual stack is a fantastic experience so don’t hesitate to get in touch about Sea Stack climbing available throughout the summer! Old Man of Hoy, Old man of Stoer and Am Buachaille each have their own charm, immerse yourself in the experience!

All guided trips are fully bespoke and can be single or multiple days depending what you wish to do, get in touch to discuss!

1 or 2 people £300

I can supply all specialist equipment including harnesses and helmets for the entirety of your course. If you have your own equipment, you wish to use, please feel free to contact me regarding this before your course starts. Transport, food and accommodation are not included. For certain routes additional expenses, such as ferry costs, will need to be covered or discussed with the instructor before the event.
